Hi, guys its hmsnicolas and today I will show you science words from A-Z. I will give you guys the definition if you do not know the meaning of the word. These will all be words that I know. I hope you guys enjoy. good luck in knowing these words.
A- Altitude: Height in space of an item or point relative to sea or ground level.
B- Big Crunch: critical density.
C- Celcius: To measure temperature.
D- Density: Mass per unit of volume.
E-Extragalactic: Outside of our galaxy.
F- Fusion: put together.
G- Gravitational Field: The area influenced by an objects gravity.
H- Heat Sheild: A thick layer that protects from heat.
I- Imaging: Making an image.
J- Jupiter: The fifth planet farthest from the sun.
K- K-band: A band of radio frequencies.
L- Launcher: Powerd vehicle used to carry one or two satellites into space.
M- Mars: The fourth planet out from the sun.
N- Nebula: Cloud of dust and gas in space.
O- Open universe: A never-ending universe.
P- Pixel: Single picture element of a decection device.
Q- Quasar: Quasi-stellar extragalactic item.
R- Rocket: A large vehicle to put to outer space.
S- Shell: A top made of thin things.
T- Thermal Gradient: Rate at which temperature changes by position.
U- Uranus: Seventh planet from the solar system.
V- Vacuum: Space that is entirely devoid of matter
W- Watt: A unit of measurement for the si unit.
X- X-ray: To see your bones with electrons.
Y- Yield Point: When you stress something beyond it will become plastic.
Z- Zonal wind: Atmospheric air where it flows along the latitude
